If a product does not suit you, you have 30 days after receipt to return it to us — free of charge, with no need to justify yourself.
We commit to refunding you within 7 working days after receipt of the returned package.

order number and the product concerned. We will
respond within 24 hours with instructions.
2. Prepare the package
Place the product in its original packaging, include
the return slip we sent you, and
prepare the sealed package.
3. Drop off at the carrier
Drop off the package at the relay point or post office
indicated on the slip. Shipping is free, and tracking
is included.
Do you want a different product instead of a refund?
The procedure is the same as for a standard return.
Once your request has been validated, we will refund you for
the first product, and you can place a new order
on the website.
This allows you to take advantage of any current promotions
and to better choose your new product.

Is return really free?
Yes. We cover return shipping costs for any request
initiated within 30 days of receipt, in mainland France.
For Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, fees may apply
— please specify this in your request, and we will tell you
how to proceed.
How long does it take to get reimbursed?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt of the package at our premises. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
Can I return a used product?
For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used (stuffed toys removed from their packaging, bottles, teats, feeding items). In case of a proven product defect, please contact us: we will always find a solution.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Photograph the damaged package and product upon receipt, then contact us at contact@neone.fr within 48 hours. We will arrange an exchange or refund immediately.
