Four steps, in full transparency.
1. Confirmation
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive a
confirmation email at the address you provided. Keep it —
it contains your order number.
2. Shipping
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive
a second email containing your tracking number and the
link to track the delivery in real time.
3. Delivery
Your package will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. In case of your absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice or deliver it to the nearest pick-up point.

We prepare your order within 24 to 48 business hours.
Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday
morning.
When will I receive my tracking number
Your tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the
package leaves our warehouse — usually on the same day as
shipping.
The tracking shows "pending" for 48 hours, is this normal?
Yes, this is common. It sometimes takes 24 to 72 hours for carriers to update their information after pickup. If there's no change after 5 days, please contact us.
My package hasn't arrived on time. What should I do?
If your package has not arrived after 12 business days,
please email us at contact@neone.fr with your order number.
We will immediately contact the carrier to resolve the situation.
